Real incident related to A.I.

Did you know, the year 2017, was one of the most dangerous years as an experiment of facebook created panic in the month of july-august. Yes! I am talking about the same facebook which you use almost everyday. Actually what happened was that those people were engaged in making an advanced chatbot. There are chatbot which 

you also use, the message you send and automatic response comes through a program, that is called chatbot. Actually you chat with a robot who chats with hi-hello, just like humans. So they were engaged in making such chatbot which not only hi-hello, but also laugh, cry, angry, feel sad, in human way and talks in human voice. During same experiment, a very intelligent engineer of facebook got an idea in mind that lets make two chatbot and make them talk to each other instead of humans. He named the both two, bob and alice. And in a very surprising way they both started talking to each other. The language was similar to english but it was not english. It seemed that they have developed their own language by their own, and some other intelligence had came in that program. This is because making language is not an easy task. Only intelligent creatures can do it, like humans. They have developed their own language which is impossible in the world of programs. But it happened! It really happened! If you tell chimpanzees to create a language, then it will not be able to do it. But, despite of being computer programs, without giving information to humans, by itself, with the help of artificial neural network, they created their own language. A few days after this incident, international news reported that facebook has closed that programs due to some technical problems, and after a lot of struggle, the engineers were able to close the computers successfully. Don't know what would have happened if they didn't close the program that day. The program was discontinued because the engineers felt that the programs were too much, code by code, became smart, and were going out of control. Whatever it was, it was one of the most scariest thing in the world of artificial intelligence. What if computers themselves became self aware and started to understand things? And what if artificial intelligence is not intelligent as humans, but became smarter than them? Will they able to rule this world? So for this first we have to  know what is artificial intelligence.

What is Artificial Intelligence?

Artificial intelligence means a computer program that can think on its own, and can do the things which humans even cannot do. And this is not a matter of far future. It has all arrived. Even today it is happening! You don't know! And you don't even know the speed with which it is developing in our world. Artificial intelligence is of 3 types. weak a.i., strong a.i., and singularity a.i.. You don't know but you use a.i. all the time. Alexa, Apple's Siri, and Google Assistant, these are some artificial intelligence. But in today's world, we are using weak a.i's.. But the time when the computer became equal to the i.q. of humans, then they will be called strong a.i.. And if the time has come when these computers move even 1 percent ahead of humans in intelligence, then after that event, those computers will be called singularity a.i.. But the fact is that today we have only weak a.i's. You don't know how they are controlling your life now. Lets take examples of weak a.i's., If you like any page on facebook, lets say you

like a comedy page, then you notice that facebook recommends you same related pages. And the kind of videos you watch on youtube, similar videos youtube recommends you to see more. If you buy something online, suppose you bought a camera, then that website shows you thousands of similar cameras and related products. What you buy, the A.I. of that website tracks it and brings you such products. This is called machine learning. However this kind of computer brain is very useful for us, but here we are not talking about it, we are talking about the A.I. which is more dangerous than this. There is a law that we call moore's law, and this law says that - all the transistors in world that are connected to computers, will become double every year. And when the first computer was made, this law has been true since that time. Right now, artificial intelligence is not among us that can make destruction, but thinkers believe that it can come anytime in the next 60 years. Some thinkers also say that it will b among us within just 20 years.  We are talking about that dangerous intelligence. Many of the most intelligent people who share technology and study the coming world, many of the researchers think that A.I. will be the most dangerous invention ever created by us. And this will be the biggest threat to our civilisation till date. Stephen Hawkins has not once in life but repeatedly said that, A.I. could end mankind. People who know and study about a.i. have also said some such statements like 'A.I. will b our last invention' , 'A.I. will be the end of our world', and many more statements.

 If we lost the control of computer brain, then there will be a fight in this world. A fight that will take place between humans and computers! A fight that humans will never win!

And why wont we win? Because if computers can create their own language, and can speak, and develop themselves, if all combined and if it become a very intelligent A.I., then their intelligence will be more than a human mind. Nothing in this earth has more intelligence than humans. But if computers were able ton do this this will be the most dangerous thing. No matter what method we adopt or how much we try, we will not be able to beat this robots, because their mind power will be unlimited times more than a human mind. It would be like an ant fighting a human being. That ant there is us humans, and this human is that robots, if we compare then. You must be

knowing that among all the creatures living on this earth, we are most superior of all them, even in intelligence and everything else. And that's why humans have been ruling this earth for years. Bur today let me tell you a fact that if you are compelled in humans and apes, then you will be surprised to know that, apes are very close to humans in terms of intelligent. If the intelligence of apes is 55, then humans have 60. Means there is only a slight difference between the two, but that small gap changes a lot. We have developed so much that we can build any possible buildings and machines, and we can speak among us. But, on the other hand, apes can't do these things after being so intelligent. If we compare this earths creature then the least will get mice, that is 1, dolphins will get 4 points, chimpanzees will get 7, and humans, whose intelligence is little close to chimpanzees, will get 9 points.

And maybe after hearing this, smoke start coming from your ears that if there was development of a i, then it would get 1000 points or more, easily. Despite how powerful the human mind is, it got only 9 points. This is because the size of brain in limited and it is present inside the skull. So the neurons of human mind can only come in limited quantity due to limited space. But unlimited power can come in computers and a i could store it very comfortably. After few years of this, when their processors will increase 1000 times more, then they will be able to access a lot of computing power. A lot means very very lot, virtually unlimited. Means increasing technology too much will prove too dangerous for us. You must know that communication is done at very high speed in the computers, that is 3 lakh kilometers per second. The communication between neurons of human mind is only 400 kilometers per hour, which is nothing infront of communication speed of computers. If they were able to communicate at this speed then they can do anything they want. Now listen carefully! if the computer mind became singularity then the story will begin of the end of humans. Today's a i is that weak a i. Like finding something, listening to you and answering to you. But it is evolving slowly. Evolving means we ourselves are developing it, in the name and sake of technology.

But this question must be coming in your mind that this dangerous a i will take how much time to come in our world? Some thinkers have assumed that this will come by 2060! and some thinkers also believe that this will come by 2030. Now you must be wandering that how it can be developed so soon? So you must see the acceleration growth in technology on internet. You will see that there is a terrible curve in the graph in 100 years. This means that within 100 years, we have developed so much that we haven't developed in the whole history. Thinkers say that singularity event

will surely happen at sometime. But what will happen if singularity a i will be developed? The answer would be that humanity dosen't know the answer. But there are lot of theories which are very interesting. If singularity came in this world then 2 things can happen. Case 1: Humans will extinct from this world due to artiburroness of computers. or Case 2: Humans will immortal forever. Just like humans are of two kinds, good and bad, thinkers also think that robots will also be of two kinds. They will be for good works or bad works, we don't know. If you tell humans to develop a medicine that will never let us die, then they will not be able to do it. But if we tell a i to develop it, then there are possibilities that they can develop it. If we talk about the humans today, then there are more number of good people, and that's why this world is balanced, but we don't know what will happen in robots.
